|(Plus) is used to add new data.|
|(Pen) activates the relevant section for editing.|
|(Floppy Disk) is used to save the process.|
|(Flag) is used to change language settings.|
|(Keyboard) is used to display a virtual keyboard (screen keyboard) when required.|
|(Green Double Tick) means that all required sections have been filled.|
|(Red Exclamation Mark) means that required sections have not been filled yet.|
|(Yellow Exclamation Mark) means that optional sections have not been filled yet. It does not block the application.|
|(Arrow in a Box) is used to log off from the system.|
|(Recycle Bin) is used to delete the relevant section.|
|(Three Horizontal Dots) are used to list all data.|
|(Three Vertical Dots) are used to display the details or sub-categories of data.|
|(Arrow in a Cloud) enables you to make a request through the system (for example, a request to update information).|
|(Arrow in a Cloud) enables you to see the notices sent as response to your requests placed through the system.|
|(Tick in a Shield) means that the applicant can apply for open scholarship programmes.|
|(Bar Graph) is used to access the questionnaire we would like you to fill in.|
|(Photo Camera) opens the section used for editing profile photos.|
Application may take 30 to 50 minutes based on whether you have prepared your documents and read the Application Manual of the scholarship programme you are applying for.
Before initiating your application, you are required to read carefully and accept the following text. When you tick the box at the end of the text, you will be deemed to have accepted all the rules.
Please make sure that you have prepared all necessary information and documents before initiating your application. It would be very useful if the documents are available on your computer in PDF, JPEG, PNG, and GIF formats such that each document does not exceed 5 MB.
1. 1. Diploma or Student Certificate
A diploma to prove your previous academic degree with respect to the scholarship degree you are applying for, or a student certificate which indicates that you are still continuing with your studies,
2. Exam/Test Results
Presenting the results of national and international academic and language exams will improve your chances to win scholarship.
3. Academic Record (Transcript)
Academic Record (Transcript) with your grades from your previous academic degree with respect to the scholarship degree you are applying for (for high school, last three years);
4. Identification Document
An official ID document issued by the public authorities in the country of your identification, such as ID card, passport, driver’s license, or birth certificate;
A head shot that clearly shows your facial features, taken within the last 6 months;
